I have placed two orders with this seller. The first time, they sent me the correct order, and I was satisfied with their service. However, my second order was a disappointment. The box I received looked nothing like the photos advertised on their website, and it did not include one of the items I had ordered. I had to reach out to them twice before they finally refunded me for the missing item. What frustrated me the most was their response when I mentioned that the snack box contained items that were not shown in the photo. They claimed that they couldn't do anything about it, even though there was no indication on their website that the snacks may vary. As a result of this experience, I have lost faith in this seller and will not be returning for future big events. It's unfortunate to lose a loyal customer due to such a disappointing experience.
