Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mail@mycustomtreats.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy:
The handling time for order fulfillment and dispatch is within 1 - 2 working days (Monday to Friday). We aim to dispatch on the day of order where possible. Our daily cut-off for same-day dispatch is 2:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next working day.
All orders placed on a weekend including holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
Order Delivery
These will be delivered within 2 - 4 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of dispatch and depending on the. If there are any issues or changes to your delivery times we will inform you immediately and ensure that you receive your order within a timely manner.
Our Delivery Service
Our deliveries are handled by UPS, USPS, and DHL. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Custom Treats will not be responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to missing or incorrect information within the order process. If you feel that an error is made or would like to add extra information regarding your delivery details please email us at mail@mycustomtreats.com along with your order number and the information you would like to add or change to your order.
Please note that Custom Treats is not responsible in the event of an unforeseen delay due to the courier.
Please note - delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, due to circumstances out of our control, which may include issues with the delivery company or such as weather-related issues/strike action, etc.
For international orders, taxes & duties are not included in the final price at checkout.
